Classic Package

Average 100-150 Person Wedding Cost: $60K-85K

Choose from one of our beautiful Featured Venue Partners in San Francisco, Berkeley, or Oakland, CA. Includes a 6 Hour Wedding (30 mins ceremony, 1 hour cocktail party, 4.5 hours Dinner/Dancing). We manage setup & breakdown.


All necessary rentals are included in the package including Round tables, Wooden folding chairs, Cocktail tables, Base linens,  Bar setup, Specialty tables. Includes delivery and setup.

DJ & A/V

(2) full speaker setups for ceremony and reception, (6) hours of DJ & A/V services from one of our in house DJs, mics, party lights, and a Music Consultation.


Simple, yet impactful floral design for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Includes bridal party florals assuming for up to (6) total bridal party + parents.


Open Air Photobooth for 4 hours with unlimited prints, custom design, and props.

Photography & Videography

Up to (6) hours of wedding photographer day of + basic video documentation of all the important parts of your wedding: The Ceremony, Dinner speeches, and First Dances, with original footage delivered on a USB stick after.

Food & Beverage
  • 3 passed appetizers (including 1 vegan option)
  • Fully customizable buffet style dinner including salad, 2 proteins, veggies, a carb.

Is there a special vendor that you really want to see at your wedding? Have an aunt who wants to do your florals? Customize “A LITTLE” allows up to (2) vendors to be swapped out with a vendor of your choice (new caterers may incur additional fees). All vendors must be licensed, insured, and in good standing.


This package allows us to curate a fully custom wedding experience for you with ANY vendor at ANY venue of your choice. We can also source a custom venue if you’re doing a destination wedding. We’ll also help you source new vendors to fit your goals. All vendors must be licensed, insured, and in good standing.


Add On’s + Upgrades

All of the following are items that can be customized or added on to a Classic Package:

  • Specialty linens, soft seating lounges, and vintage furniture

  • Edited video recap of your day

  • Additional wedding weekend activities (i.e. Welcome Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Afterparty, Farewell Brunch)

  • Family Portrait Studio

  • Custom Bridal Party experiences or gifts

Do you offer Month of/Day of Coordination?

Unfortunately we do NOT offer Month of/Day of Coordination. We’ve found over time that weddings are most successful when we are able to manage vendors from the beginning of the process all the way to wedding day.

How are new VENDORS added to the collective?

Current vendors have been hand selected by our team because they have been vetted and have worked with us for years, but we will eventually open up to new members. Ways you can get involved:

  • Fill out this form to be considered as a potential vendor for future opportunities.
  • In February/March 2024, we will be producing our FIRST Wedding Show for POC Wedding Party that will feature all POC vendors. This is the main way we will be vetting new vendors to potentially add them into the collective, so make sure you join our mailing list and fill out the vendor form to be in the know.

How are new VENUES added?

All our current venues were chosen since we’ve produced many events already at the venues, they allow our vendors in the space, and we feel their values align with ours. If you’re interested in adding your venue onto our list, please fill out this form.


POC Wedding Party will need to vet each venue to make sure it aligns with our budget and policies around accessibility. Venues must allow all our main wedding vendors and caterers, and ideally our bar vendors if possible (although bar is not a deal breaker).

It seems like there are a lot of Filipino vendors in the collective. Are you planning to diversify?

Yes, and yes! Over the past 6 years, Make it Mariko has been strategically partnering with Kultivate Labs & SOMA Pilipinas Cultural District to build the Filipino entrepreneur & creative community through our signature festival, UNDISCOVERED SF. We’re so proud of all the Filipino event vendors that we’ve been able to find and build with through this event, especially since when we first started we hardly knew ANY Filipino event vendors! 

We wanted to launch POC Wedding Party with our trusted partners that we know and love, but now we’re excited about bringing in NEW vendors to expand the collective and provide more options for our diverse group of Clients.
